The JBL PRX812 is a versatile 12” two-way full-range main system/floor monitor designed for applications such as stage monitoring and front-of-house main PA. It is equipped with a powerful 1500-watt class-D amplifier and features a bass-reflex design for impressive volume in a compact and lightweight enclosure. The speaker incorporates built-in Wi-Fi for convenient wireless control, accessible through the PRX Connect mobile app available on iOS and Android devices. This app allows users to wirelessly control volume levels, utilize an 8-band parametric EQ, and apply up to 50ms of speaker delay for precise sound adjustments.

    Applications: Suited for use as a stage monitor or a front-of-house main PA. Ideal for use with a PRX818XLF subwoofer for a high-performance self-powered sub/sat system.

    Components: Comprised of a 12” Differential Drive® woofer, a 2408H-1 neodymium compression driver mounted to a 90° by 50° horn, and a 1500-watt Class-D digital power amplifier.

    DSP: Sophisticated DSP at the core of a fully-featured input section provides user-selectable system EQ, protection, input sensitivity selection, cross-over functionality, dynamic limiting, and discrete component optimization.

    Construction: Built from 18 mm poplar plywood with tongue and groove joints. DuraFlex™ finish for protection. Grilles made from dent-resistant 16-gauge steel, and handles made from light-weight glass-filled nylon.

    Amplifier Input Panel: Offers XLR or ¼ inch jack compatibility, and a sensitivity switch for flexibility. Signal present and limiter lights indicate system status.
